Suggested Use: Shake bottle. Focus your energy on the space between your two eyebrows and visualize the color indigo. Place a few drops of oil in palm of hand, rub hands together and breathe in. Gently anoint your Third Eye Chakra and Sodalite Crystal with oil. Holding the crystal on your heart, repeat the affirmation or mantra to balance and harmonize the energy of this Chakra.
