Suggested Use: Shake bottle. Focus your energy on the area below your belly button and visualize the color orange. Place a few drops of oil in palm of hand, rub hands together and breathe in. Gently anoint your Sacral Chakra and Carnelian Crystal with oil. Holding the crystal on your heart, repeat the affirmation or mantra to balance and harmonize the energy of this Chakra.
