Suggested Use: Shake bottle. Focus your energy on the crown of your head and visualize the color violet. Place a few drops of oil in palm of hand, rub hands together and breathe in. Gently anoint your Crown Chakra and Amethyst Crystal with oil. Holding the crystal on your heart, repeat the affirmation or mantra to balance and harmonize the energy of this Chakra.
